bitcontrol® Multimedia Suite with scaling parameters

The latest release of bitcontrol® Multimedia Suite v1.2.3 contains the new bitcontrol® Digital TV Link v3.9.3. The software supports the numerous functions of the previous version and two more features:

1. The software supports Microsoft® Media Foundation Codecs (decoder and encoder) for audio and video playback in Window 8.
2. The software allows the setting of scaling parameters in the decoder configuration. This setting can be used to reduce the frame size at the output of the decoder (and input of the encoder). A low frame size means that less hadware ressources must be used for transcoding. So the transcoding becomes faster.

The new release 1.2.3 is now available for download.
