bitcontrol® UA Project Engineering System (bcUA PES)
The bitcontrol® UA Project Engineering System (bcUA PES) is a web based tool for the creation of OPC UA information models and projects according to IEC 62541 v1.03. The bcUA PES server can run in the Cloud or in intranet. It is able to handle multiple users and multiple projects; and it is particularly suitable for collaborations.
The bcUA web client is usable to load and edit available NodeSet files according to the OPC UA specification part 6 Annex F via browser in the bcUA PES server; and to generate and export the NodeSet files as NodeSet information model or project.
The bcUA web client provides different graphical views and wizards for the effective editing of the OPC UA models.
The created NodeSets of the bcUA PES can be loaded and started immediately in the bitcontrol® UA Runtime System (bcUA RTS), but they can also be used in OPC UA third-party applications.
bitcontrol® UA Runtime System (bcUA RTS)
The bitcontrol® UA Runtime System (bcUA RTS) is a OPC UA server according to IEC 62541 v1.03. It implements the OPC UA stack with embedded server profile. The software is programmed in C++ for the operating systems Linux, Windows and QNX. The bcUA RTS Software owns different application API for the connection of fieldbus drivers, communication interfaces and other application-specific software.
A bcUA RTS server loads the OPC UA NodeSet information models that are created by the bitcontrol® UA Project Engineering System (bcUA PES) according to OPC UA specification part 6 Annex F and is usable immediately.
The bcUA RTS software is highly portable and can be used as OEM component in devices and embedded systems.
